SHIPPING POLICY

Due to very high demand your order may take longer than usual to be processed at the moment.  Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Australia Post is currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.  In particular most parcels being shipped to Victoria are taking a lot longer than usual to arrive due to restrictions in that state.   Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. 

Delivery is a flat rate of $9.95 per order to anywhere in Australia.  Or for $10.95 you can opt to have your order sent insured so that if your parcel goes missing in transit we'll refund or replace it.

Orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel and require signature on delivery by default.  If the courier driver is unable to obtain a signature from someone they will take the order to the nearest post office where it can be collected. Or on the checkout page you can request to have your parcel left without a signature.  If you choose to do so it will be at your own risk.  In the event an Authority to Leave parcel is lost, damaged or stolen you will not be compensated.

Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with tracking details.  You can also track it online here or from your account.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.  Please note that these delivery times are approximate and are provided as a guide only. We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible however we cannot guarantee that your parcel will definitely arrive within this time frame. Resources will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by Australia Post. If you no longer require your order due to late arrival or any other reason other than an item being faulty, you will be required to cover return postage costs of the item and no refund will be given for any shipping costs.

Wrong Addresses/ Non Collected Orders


Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address being provided, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of $14.95 if you want the order sent again.

If your order is taken to the Post Office for collection please ensure it is picked up within 10 business days.  If it's not collected within that time it will be returned back to us and you will be charged a reshipping fee of $14.95 if you want the parcel resent.  Or if you'd prefer a refund, the Australia Post return fee of $10 and the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund.

Orders may be collected from our nominated collection points from Box Hill, Templestowe and Glen please get in touch via email info@field21.design for directions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the goods value. Returns will only be accepted for items that have not been used and are in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Software downloads cannot be returned due to change of mind.

 

To request a change of mind return please email info@field21.design with your invoice or order number. We'll email you back with the address to send your return to.

 

We suggest you send your return parcel via registered post so that it can be traced. We're unable to refund items that are lost in the mail. You are responsible for all return freight charges. You'll be refunded for the product once we have received the item back. Please allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed.

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS

If an item is received faulty then we'll gladly replace or refund it provided you contact us within a reasonable time. Please email sales@edresources.com.au with details of the fault and if possible include a photo.
